Just as each one of you, with our team at Elements we are doing our best to stay positive during these difficult times. We miss being in the office together. But we are also immensely grateful and lucky to be able to do our job from the comfort of our homes, almost as if nothing besides our location changed. Some things did have to change, of course, and we would like share with you how this affected our hiring process.
You might notice that we still have a few vacancies open. This is thanks to the fact that our work is continuing and, corona crisis or not, we would love to have even more talented people on our team in the future. One of the things that are out of our control, though, is the limitations to travelling that have a huge impact on those of you looking to relocate from abroad. If this is your case and you are thinking of applying to one of our roles, please know that we would still very much love to get to know you!
So, what now?
All in all, our hiring process will not look much different than it was before, but it will definitely take longer. If we like your application, we will have the first screening call with you and plan the rest of the steps together depending on your situation. A few important points:
